Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Pickle Systems, including all stream tools, overlays, giveaways, integrations, and connected platform features.
Using Pickle Systems
You may use Pickle Systems only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for all activity on your account, hubs, connected channels, Roblox experiences, donation surfaces, and linked platform accounts.
Connected accounts
When you link Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Roblox, Google, Discord, or another supported service, you authorise Pickle Systems to use the permissions and identifiers needed to deliver the features you enable. You remain responsible for those accounts and must follow each platform’s rules.
Roblox Raise and game features
Roblox Raise, podiums, game panels, wheels, Hub linking, and Robux transfer tracking depend on Roblox services and Roblox-controlled purchase or transfer flows. Pickle Systems may record public or account-linked raise totals, donated totals, Roblox user identifiers, receipt metadata, and related game activity so these features can work.
Your content
You keep ownership of your branding, CSS, hub content, posts, profile assets, uploaded images, overlay designs, Roblox display text, and related creator content. By using Pickle Systems you grant us a limited right to host and display that content to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pickle Systems to spam, harass, mislead users, break platform rules, abuse APIs, manipulate giveaways, fake donations or receipts, bypass billing or transfer systems, or attempt unauthorised access to the platform or other users.
Third-party platforms
Features depending on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Roblox, Google, Discord, Stripe or payment providers, OBS/browser sources, and other external services are subject to those platforms’ own rules, fees, age requirements, account requirements, API limits, and availability.
Payments, subscriptions, and transfers
Paid Pickle Systems plans, invoices, subscriptions, Robux transfer tracking, and donation-related features may depend on third-party billing or platform systems. Pickle Systems does not control platform fees, payment approval, refund eligibility, chargebacks, transfer availability, or third-party account enforcement.
Changes
Pickle Systems may update, suspend, or remove features as the platform evolves, including platform integrations when APIs, policies, permissions, or provider availability change.
Early access
Features marked alpha, beta, testing, experimental, or coming soon may be incomplete, may change, and may require additional setup or platform approval.
Termination
We may suspend access to enforce these terms, comply with legal obligations, respond to platform-provider requirements, investigate abuse, or protect Pickle Systems and its users.
Disclaimer
Pickle Systems is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every third-party service, eligibility for every connected platform feature, or that external APIs and platform transfer systems will remain available.
Updates
Continued use after we publish updated terms means you accept the changes.
